These modules allow:
- Booking: Manage and reserve suppliers for loading or unloading appointments at factories, platforms, or warehouses. It allows for both automated proposals and manual selection.
- Yard Management System: Manage the docks of all your warehouses or centers. Pre-assign fixed docks or modify dock planning according to time slots and Kanban-style cards. You can also automate and receive notifications from both transport providers and their drivers.
Optimize entry and exit times for transport providers and drivers:
- QR Code: The driver will have a QR code to access the facilities, validating the identified transport and driver identity. Access will be available via the app or the 'barrier-free' DriverLink functionality (no app or driver registration required).
- System and license plate integration: Access will be possible by reading license plates, integrating the reading system into ALTIA Control Tower for validation and opening.
You will be able to access the emissions data for each and every transport service carried out or contracted:
- Integration: The ALTIA Control Tower calculator allows integration of data from transport providers if they have a more accurate and real or certified primary data.
- Measures scope 1 or scope 3: In any case, each and every one of the emissions of the transports carried out is measured by real estimation and GLEC methodology under the Smart Freight Centre framework and ISO 14083 which allows certification of the methodology for both shipper (scope 3) and Transport provider (scope 1).
- Compare and save: Emissions are calculated based on the route, intermodal mode, mileage, vehicle type, fuel type, cargo weight, etc., and compared to the supplier's primary data and the worst-case scenario for the transport. This allows for comparisons and potential emissions savings (emissions when loaded, emissions when empty, emissions savings, comparison between intermodal modes, fuel types, etc.).
